Right-Wing Livestreamer Clavicular Faces Rape and Drugging Charges Involving Minor, Report Reveals
CAPE COD, Mass. — Right-wing livestreamer Clavicular, a prominent online media figure known for leading the “Looksmaxxing” internet subculture, is facing criminal charges in Massachusetts involving the sexual assault and drugging of a minor.
According to court filings first reported by The Bulwark, formal charges were submitted against the influencer at a Cape Cod courthouse on September 8, 2026. The counts include rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor. An arraignment date has been scheduled for October 14, 2026.
Lawsuit Details and Allegations
The criminal charges follow a civil lawsuit filed in April 2026 in Miami-Dade County, Florida, by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza. In her complaint alleging battery, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, Mendoza stated that Clavicular paid her $1,000 in 2025—when she was 16 years old—to create content alongside him to become the “female face for looksmaxxing.”
Mendoza alleged that after filming several videos, she was transported via Uber to Clavicular’s family home in Cape Cod, where she was given alcohol and sexually assaulted. She further alleged that during subsequent meetings, he repeatedly offered her controlled substances and alcohol.
Livestreamer and Representative Push Back
In response to the report, a representative for Clavicular disputed the claims and characterized the news coverage as exaggerated.
“Clavicular has not stepped foot in Cape Cod this month,” his representative said in a statement. “He’s primarily been in L.A. on a whirlwind media tour. Once again, The Bulwark is exaggerating like a tabloid.”
Clavicular also appeared to address the situation directly on social media platform X, writing: “Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.” In a separate post, he added: “Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit? Seriously… really petty of you.”
At the time the civil suit was filed earlier this year, defense counsel stated that Clavicular “denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events,” adding that he intends to “vigorously defend himself” through appropriate legal channels.
