Right-Wing Livestreamer Clavicular Charged With Rape and Drugging for Sex in Massachusetts
CAPE COD, Mass. — Online influencer and right-wing livestreamer Clavicular is facing serious criminal allegations after being charged with rape and drugging a person for sex in Massachusetts.
The criminal proceedings, filed in Barnstable County District Court in Cape Cod, mark a significant escalation in legal troubles for the social media figure, who rose to prominence within online subcultures and political streaming communities.
Severe Criminal Charges Filed in Cape Cod
According to official court records, the complaint filed against Clavicular includes charges of rape, drugging a person for sex, and supplying alcohol to a minor. Court filings indicate that an official arraignment date has been scheduled for October 14, 2026.
The criminal charges follow civil litigation initiated earlier this year by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza. In an April 2026 civil suit filed in Miami-Dade County, Florida, Mendoza accused Clavicular of battery, fraud, and emotional distress.
In her civil filing, Mendoza alleged that in 2025—when she was 16 years old—she was paid to collaborate on content before being brought to Clavicular’s parents’ residence in Cape Cod, where she claimed she was provided alcohol and sexually assaulted.
Response from Representative and Public Remarks
Representatives for the livestreamer have pushed back against the reports, claiming the severity and context of the allegations are being misrepresented.
“Clavicular has not stepped foot in Cape Cod this month,” a representative stated, noting that he had been in Los Angeles for media appearances and disputing the characterization of the legal filings.
Clavicular also posted statements to his social media account on X, dismissing the legal actions as financially motivated attacks: “Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.”
Legal counsel for Clavicular maintained that all allegations remain unproven in court and confirmed plans to fight the charges through formal judicial proceedings.
