Viral ring girl Sydney Thomas mocked Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin following a tough Rebels loss, pitching a brutal Halloween costume idea to fans.
Viral Ring Girl Sydney Thomas Takes A Swipe at Lane Kiffin After Ole Miss Loss
Viral boxing ring girl Sydney Thomas is back in the college football spotlight, and this time, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin is on the receiving end of her sharp humor.
Following a tough loss for the Rebels, Thomas capitalized on social media momentum by pitching a brutal Halloween costume idea targeting the head coach. The burn stems from their ongoing viral dynamic, which kicked off after Thomas confirmed that Kiffin was the mystery SEC head coach who slid into her Instagram direct messages with a cheeky “Roll Tide” greeting following her breakout appearance at the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson boxing match.
A Halloween Costume Built on Social Media Drama
With spooky season around the corner, Thomas didn’t hold back when taking a playful jab at Kiffin’s on-field misfortune. Suggesting fans dress up as a sidelined Kiffin holding his phone mid-DM, her outfit idea quickly spread across SEC fan circles online.
The roast gained extra traction among rival fans—particularly LSU supporters, who were already celebrating the Rebels’ loss. College football fans on X (formerly Twitter) instantly latched onto the shade, turning the suggestion into one of the week’s most viral sports culture memes.
The Background Behind the Ongoing Rivalry
Thomas, a former Alabama student who gained overnight internet fame as a ring girl on Netflix’s massive fight card, originally kept the identity of her high-profile coach suitor private. However, after months of fan speculation and leaked screenshots, she officially named Kiffin during an appearance on reality TV, confirming he reached out with Alabama’s iconic rallying cry despite coaching rival Ole Miss.
Kiffin, famous for his playful online persona and social media trolling, has previously brushed off the saga with jokes of his own. But after this latest Halloween costume jab, college football fans are waiting to see if the Ole Miss head coach will launch a counter-response.
