Mariah Carey Night Delivers Major Drama
DWTS Mariah Carey Night: Shocking Elimination Stuns Fans as the ballroom delivered emotional performances before an unexpected couple suddenly exited.
Tuesday’s episode celebrated Mariah Carey’s catalog, giving twelve remaining couples opportunities to showcase different styles while competing for viewer support tonight.
Throughout the evening, judges praised several routines, while others struggled to match the intensity demanded by Carey’s memorable songs throughout.
Maura Higgins Claims the Night’s Top Score
Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas captured the night’s highest score, earning 25 points for an expressive waltz that impressed judges.
Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Johnson followed, collecting 24 points after delivering a sharp tango filled with confidence and control.
Jenna Dewan and Val Chmerkovskiy also reached 24 points, with their rumba allowing Dewan to reveal a more vulnerable performance.
Ezra Frech and Daniella Karagach matched that total, earning praise for a sophisticated rumba that showcased charisma, precision, and confidence.
Ciara Miller Faces a Stunning Exit
Elsewhere, Guillermo Rodriguez faced serious trouble after receiving only 13 points, the evening’s lowest score, despite strong audience affection overall.
That result placed additional pressure on several couples, because judges’ scores combined with viewer votes ultimately determined who would continue.
Ciara Miller and Brandon Armstrong entered the results portion after scoring 21 points, yet their performance could not secure safety.
The pair ultimately became the night’s shocking elimination, ending Miller’s journey despite judges recognizing meaningful progress during her jazz routine.
Miller’s Best Performance Still Couldn’t Save Her
Miller performed her dance to “Emotions,” and the judges described it as her strongest performance since the competition began this season.
Meanwhile, several frontrunners strengthened their positions, creating an increasingly competitive field as the season moves toward another demanding week ahead.
The elimination demonstrated how quickly fortunes can change when audience votes join judges’ scores, making every future performance increasingly important.
With another surprise exit complete, the remaining celebrities now face greater pressure as competition intensifies and fewer mistakes become acceptable.
